i wish that australia’s football team was actually good so that we could go to the olympics and also do well in the fifa world cup and then maybe the sport would be legitimised a bit more in this country like at least to the point of being deemed on par with nrl and to a lesser extent afl (no one really watches that lol) because imo it’s a way more exciting and beautiful game not to mention it’s actually played worldwide so
